The action moves a chart to the trash. Charts in the trash are deleted permanently after 30 days.
If used with the ?permanent=true flag, the chart is deleted permanently and cannot be restored.
If this endpoint should be used in an application (CMS), it is recommended to
ask the user for confirmation. Requires scope chart:write.
